Thank you for shopping at AKSMI. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. We aim to process and deliver your order in a timely, secure, and efficient manner.
1. Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected supply delays, shipment processing may be delayed by a few days. We will inform you via email/SMS in such cases.
2. Estimated Transit & Delivery Timelines
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, the estimated delivery time depends on your location within India:
- Metro Cities: 3 to 5 Business Days
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Rural Areas): 4 to 7 Business Days
*Note: Total estimated time to receive your order = Handling Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (3-5 days). Total delivery window is typically 4 to 7 business days.
3. Shipping Rates & Charges
We keep our shipping rates transparent with no hidden costs at checkout:
- Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat COD handling fee of ₹50 is applicable for Cash on Delivery orders to cover courier processing costs.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking Number (AWB) and a direct link to track your shipment in real time.
You can also track your package directly on our website via the Track Your Order page.
5. Undeliverable Packages & Wrong Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate during checkout. AKSMI is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

3. शिपिंग शुल्क (Shipping Charges)
- प्रीपेड ऑर्डर (Prepaid Orders): पूरे भारत में बिल्कुल मुफ़्त शिपिंग (Free Shipping)।
- कैश ऑन डिलीवरी (COD): COD ऑर्डर्स पर ₹50 का फ़िक्स हैंडलिंग शुल्क लागू होता है।
