1. Free Shipping on All Products
- 100% Free Delivery: We are happy to offer Free Shipping on all products across India.
- No Minimum Order: There are no minimum order value requirements or hidden charges at checkout to avail of free shipping.
2. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or WhatsApp.
3. Delivery Estimates
- Once dispatched, your order will typically reach your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and regional pincode.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and WhatsApp message once your order has shipped containing your tracking details.
- The tracking number or AWB will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your package directly through our courier partner’s portal.
5. Damages and Issues in Transit
- AKSMI securely packs all electronic items to prevent transit damage. However, if you receive your order in a damaged condition, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@aksmi.in or via WhatsApp with unboxing photos/videos so we can arrange a swift replacement.
