• Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a size, color, or model different from what you ordered.
• Unused Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and invoice intact.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure smooth processing under our Refund Policy, customers are strongly required to record a clear, continuous 360-degree unboxing video while opening the package. This video serves as mandatory proof for damaged or missing items.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories are strictly non-returnable under our standard Refund Policy unless delivered damaged or defective.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

You can request to cancel your order prior to dispatch from our fulfillment warehouse:

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund processed to the original payment method.
